Tomorrow I will be starting anew in terms of my body. I have joined a 12-week challenge and training program during which I will eat clean and train hard to get fit! :)
My goal weight is 130lbs. I am currently 167. I have no idea what my body fat percentage is but I know that I'm starting to see definition and that's all I care about!
James and I have also decided that we're going to start participating in fitness competitions! I'm so excited to get crazy ripped!!!
